Organisation profile

Fair & Sustainable Advisory Services offers consultancy services to organisations and companies working in developing countries that acknowledge the need to build partnerships in order to promote a sustainable use of resources and a fair distribution of benefits. Fair & Sustainable Advisory Services offers consultancy services in three areas of expertise: Responsible Business; Capacity Development; Management Support. Our expertise is based on many years of collaboration with NGOs and with the private sector in the Netherlands, Western Europe and developing countries. All Fair & Sustainable Advisory Services consultants have worked and lived in developing countries for long periods of time and have developed a good understanding of what is feasible in a developing country in terms of context and culture. They have also worked for development organisations and/or companies in the Netherlands and are therefore able to bridge the gap between different worlds. With our expertise and network of consultants, we assist clients in finding the right partners and taking the right approach in developing successful partnerships. FSAS currently employs eleven full time consultants in the Netherlands, six in its subsidiary company in Ethiopia and one in its subsidiary company in Mali.
